		<description>As potentially goofy as this may sound, once I got over my initial disinterest in using a webcam on myself I set up a somewhat hidden page where I stream a regularly refreshed image of myself (every 3 seconds) and sent the link to everyone on whatever team I was on, whether we were sympatico or not. What was really interested is the number of people who link into that page and leave it up (mainly while we&#039;re working on something specific)...it did keep us all &quot;close&quot; without creating artificial alliances.</description>
